Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational deployment of new product launches for Makeup and Private Collection across all Rabanne doors worldwide, ensuring flawless execution and market alignment
- Coordinate animations, in-store events, and visibility calendars across the Maison universe in partnership with global markets
- Consolidate and analyze door-by-door and category-by-category performance data; produce monthly sell-in, sell-out, net revenue, and depletion reports
- Provide actionable business insights to inform brand strategy and guide market decisions on new category deployment
- Ensure 360° coordination with internal teams (Marketing Development, Retail, Digital, Communication, PR, Creative, Supply) to deliver all project components (launch books, animation guidelines, mock-ups, laboratory samples) on schedule with precision and homogeneity
- Communicate launch plans, project updates, and retailer presentations to markets; proactively share relevant information to guarantee market alignment
- Conduct competitive benchmarks on Makeup and Private Collection categories, tracking competitor launches, animations, and communication strategies to feed brand strategy
- Analyze market trends, image codes, and shopping experience across luxury and prestige segments to identify growth opportunities for the Maison
Qualifications
- Master's degree with a major in Marketing or equivalent
- 1–2 years of professional experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, or business development
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry preferred
- Fluent French and English; Spanish an asset
- Strong sensibility for image, luxury aesthetics, and creative universes (makeup, fashion, private collections)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong analytical and project management competencies
- Olfactive, fashion, or design sensibility

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, or business development, ideally acquired in the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector.
Education
Master's degree with a major in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
