Puig seeks Brand Marketing Manager for Rabanne Fragrance in Paris. Lead strategy, budget, and cross-functional launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360-degree brand and launch strategies in collaboration with Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, and PR departments
- Manage annual P&L and budgetary control for assigned brand
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis, including Sell-out tracking and launch evaluations
- Forecast and manage Net Sales and Sell-out projections
- Oversee product forecasting for upcoming launches
- Co-manage media campaigns in partnership with the Communication team
- Create and develop training tools and resources for field teams and retail advisors
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations for internal and commercial stakeholder meetings
- Mentor and supervise intern or junior team member
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school (Bac+5) or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 2 years of successful professional experience in the fragrance or cosmetics sector
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, merchandising, and trade marketing
- Prior experience as a Product Manager in a cosmetics or beauty conglomerate (preferred)
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated collaborative and team-oriented approach

Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in the fragrance or cosmetics industry, with demonstrated competency in market analysis, merchandising, and trade marketing functions. Prior Product Manager experience in a cosmetics group is advantageous.
