Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, produce and manage visual and written content that reinforces the brand’s image across digital, retail and press channels.
- Own the content calendar and campaign production timelines, coordinating shoots, stylists, photographers and post‑production teams.
- Translate brand creative briefs into shot lists, moodboards and technical specifications; oversee art direction on set and in retouching.
- Manage digital asset lifecycle: organization, metadata, rights tracking and distribution to e‑commerce, social and wholesale teams.
- Adapt campaign assets for multiple formats and platforms (web, social, email, in‑store), ensuring visual consistency and technical compliance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, retail, product and merchandising to align storytelling, launch schedules and visual merchandising needs.
- Control production budgets, vendor selection and supplier relationships while ensuring delivery against quality and brand standards.
- Monitor content performance and report on KPIs to inform creative optimisation and future production planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in content production, art direction or brand communications within luxury beauty, fragrance or related fashion sectors.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating campaign direction, creative briefs, and distributed content across digital and retail channels.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating shoots, suppliers and post‑production workflows.
- Excellent visual sensibility and knowledge of photographic technical requirements and retouching processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; professional working proficiency in French is strongly desirable.
