Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product recommendations for Kama Ayurveda’s Ayurvedic skincare and bodycare ranges to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Represent the brand at the Harrods boutique with impeccable professionalism, upholding brand tone, storytelling and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store-level commercial objectives.
- Execute product demonstrations, sample programmes and in‑store events to increase brand awareness and trial.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and product replenishment in line with brand guidelines and Harrods standards.
- Build and manage a clienteling database, follow up on leads and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications
