Puig is hiring a permanent Brand Ambassador in Lima to achieve weekly and monthly sell-out objectives through customer advice, product testing and sales conversion. The role implements brand standards, manages in-store inventory and participates in brand events while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by advising customers, encouraging product testing and closing sales.
- Implement brand standards at the point of sale, including visual merchandising, product displays, testers, sampling and gift wrapping.
- Manage inventory and replenishment of products, testers and in-store materials.
- Participate in brand activations and events, creating experiences that drive sales.
- Promote compliance with brand processes by working as a team in line with Puig’s culture and values.
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in sales, customer service, product promotion or product demonstration.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Digital skills and basic knowledge of social media.
- Availability to work on-site and rotating schedules.
