Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor at KICKS Femman, Gothenburg. Permanent part-time role (25%) in luxury fragrance retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury client experience aligned with BYREDO's service standards and brand storytelling
- Drive sales by identifying client needs and recommending products through personalised consultations
- Create memorable client interactions through product demonstrations and fragrance discovery experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
- Represent the brand with confidence, passion, and professionalism in all client and retailer interactions
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising, counter presentation, and hygiene standards
- Stay up to date on product launches, campaigns, and industry trends
- Support clienteling activities, events, and product launch activations
- Work closely with the Counter Manager to achieve commercial goals
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices
- Maintain operational excellence by monitoring stock levels, testers, and point-of-sale materials
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to connect with clients through storytelling and product knowledge
- Confident in cross-selling and creating personalized recommendations
- Proactive mindset with a passion for creating engaging in-store experiences
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail or premium fragrance counter environments is preferred. Demonstrated success in client-facing retail roles with a track record of sales achievement and service excellence is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail is a plus.
