Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Dubai Mall counter to deliver personalized client experiences, drive sales, and represent the brand's luxury aesthetic.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sell-out and achieve line and sales targets, including UPT, ATV, and CRM conversion objectives
- Implement cross-selling across all product categories to support brand awareness and market share growth
- Represent Byredo by communicating brand values and philosophy through all customer and team interactions
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and employ clienteling techniques to build lasting client relationships
- Generate, maintain, and report daily and month-to-date sell-out figures, including post-launch and special promotion activity, to the Store Manager
- Offer a unique experience to each customer by embracing Puig counter and selling protocols
- Acquire and communicate in-depth product knowledge through brand histories, values, portfolios, and fragrance culture education
- Address customer enquiries, issues, and complaints professionally, escalating to management when required
- Maintain all merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and visual display according to brand guidelines and counter protocol
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activity, and compile monthly feedback reports for the Store Manager
- Participate in all relevant training sessions and retail management programmes
- Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach to support other stores and team members when required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages preferred
- Passion for the brand and delivering unique, personalized client experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic connections
- Commercial awareness and ownership of sales performance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

1–2 years in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion retail with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
