Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Hermès beauty assortment at Ludwig Beck Munich, delivering an impeccable and consistent brand experience in-store.
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge, personalised consultations and clienteling to build long-term customer relationships.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, visual merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain boutique presentation and availability.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while supporting promotional events, product launches and VIP appointments.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients to cultivate repeat business and high client retention rates.
- Uphold hygiene, safety and luxury service standards while collaborating closely with department store operations and brand teams.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and strong command of English to serve an international clientele.
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or high-end cosmetics retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client experiences.
- Polished professional presentation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours; ability to work in a department store environment.

Experience
At least two years' hands-on experience in luxury cosmetics, fragrance or premium retail environments, with demonstrable sales performance and client development in a boutique or department store setting.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, retail or a related discipline is a plus.
