Puig seeks a Boutique Manager (Byredo) in Paris. Lead store operations, sales and client experience for the Byredo boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to achieve sales, margin and service targets while upholding Byredo brand standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set objectives, conduct appraisals and manage staffing.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling, events and CRM-driven initiatives.
- Own inventory control, stock management and regular stocktakes to minimise shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising and in-store presentation directives to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
- Analyse sales performance and retail KPIs; prepare regular reports for regional management and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute local marketing, product launches and in-store activations in coordination with brand and regional teams.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, loss-prevention and corporate governance procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of boutique or store management within luxury retail, ideally in fragrances, beauty or lifestyle.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and P&L objectives through team leadership and commercial initiatives.
- Strong people-management skills with experience recruiting, training and motivating retail teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in operations, inventory and visual standards.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and commitment to exceptional client service.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive responsibility in luxury retail management, with demonstrable success driving sales, developing teams and managing boutique operations; prior experience in fragrance or beauty is strongly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail, fashion or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail management.
