Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor in Stockholm, Sweden — deliver fragrance and skincare consultations, drive boutique sales and nurture client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised fragrance, skincare and makeup consultations that educate clients and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, product replenishment, display presentation and housekeeping.
- Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, manage samples and oversee client records in CRM.
- Support stock management activities, including inventory counts, deliveries, back-stock organisation and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to clienteling initiatives: schedule follow-ups, manage appointments, and execute targeted outreach to high-value clients.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and product launches, delivering consistent brand voice and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics (typically 1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Detailed product knowledge and a passion for fragrance and skincare formulation and application.
- Flexible availability to support boutique opening hours, peak trading and occasional events.
- Professional presentation and commitment to delivering elevated customer service.

Experience in a luxury retail environment selling beauty, fragrance or cosmetics preferred; candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or beauty/cosmetology training preferred but not required.
