Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch client service and personalised beauty consultations to convert traffic into sales and maximise sell‑through of Carolina Herrera beauty products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and retention activities.
- Provide product demonstrations and makeup applications; advise clients on fragrance, skincare and cosmetic regimens tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards and product availability in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, handle client data securely and support stock management and replenishment.
- Support in‑store activations, launches and promotional events; report market feedback and client insights to store management.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a focus on beauty and cosmetics; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent grooming, communication and presentation appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
- Ability to work retail shifts including weekends and peak season; flexible and service‑oriented.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and basic skincare principles is desirable.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct sales experience in beauty or cosmetics, preferably within a premium or luxury retail environment. Demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
