PUIG seeks a Beauty Advisor in Marbella to represent Carolina Herrera and luxury brands. Drive sales and customer loyalty in fragrance and beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and ensure attainment of sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Drive additional and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of assigned product portfolio
- Communicate the heritage and values of assigned brands effectively, remaining informed on sector trends and competitive landscape
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through systematic information gathering and customer loyalty initiatives
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the implementation of strategic action plans
- Organize and manage special events, including product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
- Maintain visual excellence at point of sale, ensuring product displays align with corporate standards and support sales performance
