Puig seeks a Beauty Advisor in São Paulo to represent its niche fragrance brands, provide consultative client service and support sales, merchandising, stock, events and reporting. The role is permanent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Puig and its niche brands professionally, conveying the values, history and positioning of each fragrance and brand.
- Deliver a consultative, personalised sales experience by identifying each client’s needs and preferences and recommending suitable fragrances.
- Act as a niche perfumery specialist, maintaining in-depth knowledge of olfactory notes and families, raw materials, brand differentiators and luxury-market trends.
- Educate and inspire clients about the represented brands through storytelling, product-sampling rituals and product knowledge.
- Build lasting client relationships to support loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Meet and exceed sales, productivity and performance targets set by leadership.
- Keep the brand space organised, clean and appealing, in line with the company’s visual merchandising and excellence standards.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed in accordance with planograms, pricing, visual communication and brand merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor category stock, help manage out-of-stocks, replenish products and organise incoming goods.
- Promote and participate in events, activations and exclusive client experiences to strengthen brand image and drive point-of-sale results.
- Proactively resolve client questions, complaints and needs, ensuring a premium and engaging experience.
- Complete and submit reports, records and role-related information accurately and within established deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in perfumery, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or luxury.
- Experience providing consultative, personalised service focused on relationship-building and client loyalty.
- Interest in and affinity with beauty, fragrances and premium brands.
- Excellent communication, professional demeanour and results orientation.
- Completed secondary education.
- Experience with luxury brands, niche perfumery or premium fragrances is an advantage.
