Puig is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Lisbon, reporting to the designated Store Manager or Regional Manager. The role covers luxury beauty sales, clienteling, sales and KPI performance, visual presentation, stock and event coordination, with ongoing training and professional development. Permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, meet sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.
- Drive up-selling and cross-selling while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
- Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the products under their responsibility.
- Communicate brand stories and values effectively, staying informed about the sector and competitors.
- Build customer loyalty by accurately collecting customer information and fostering long-term relationships.
- Participate actively in meetings and contribute to the implementation of strategic action plans.
- Coordinate special events, including launches, promotions and point-of-sale activities.
- Maintain excellent point-of-sale visual presentation, ensuring displays meet corporate standards and support sales.
- Contribute to efficient stock management to optimise commercial results.
- Work proactively as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach aligned with corporate values.
- Participate in training programmes and meetings to support ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Passion for, or solid experience in, selling fragrances, makeup, and luxury or niche brands.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and strong active-listening ability.
- A collaborative, open, ambitious, dynamic and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
