Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and track weekly and monthly sales objectives
- Deliver exceptional shopping experiences by advising customers, driving product testing, and closing sales
- Implement brand standards in-store including visual merchandising, product displays, testers, sampling, and premium wrapping
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment of products, testers, and point-of-sale materials
- Participate in brand activations and events, creating experiences that drive sales momentum
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, brand promotion, or product advocacy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Digital literacy and foundational social media management skills
- Availability for in-store presence and rotating shift schedules
- Customer-centric orientation with strong communication skills and passion for beauty and sales
