Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑aligned client service in a high‑traffic outlet environment to build repeat clientele and maximise conversion.
- Provide tailored product consultations and demonstrations across fragrances, skincare and colour cosmetics, recommending complementary items and samples.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow‑up on visits and sample requests.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to Puig brand standards, including window displays and promotional layouts specific to outlet operations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage refunds/exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor stock levels, receive and replenish merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Participate in training sessions on product launches, category knowledge and sales techniques; adapt quickly to seasonal promotions and outlet campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing retail experience, preferably within beauty, fragrance or cosmetics (outlet or high‑street environments acceptable).
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a commercial mindset and ability to convert consultations into sales.
- Fluent communication in the local language; the ability to interact in English is an advantage in a tourist‑facing outlet.
- Professional presentation and a service‑oriented attitude aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods common to outlet centres.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience in beauty, fragrance or cosmetics is preferred; prior experience in an outlet or high‑volume tourist retail environment is advantageous.
