Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised make‑up services and consultations at the Selfridges Birmingham counter, adapting techniques to individual skin types and client preferences.
- Demonstrate and recommend Rabanne beauty and fragrance products, driving client education and conversion through expert product knowledge.
- Manage client bookings, conduct follow‑up to foster repeat business and build long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and report against individual and counter sales targets; actively participate in promotions and in‑store events.
