Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and commercial KPIs through active selling, team coaching and bespoke clienteling.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by developing long-term relationships, managing appointments and overseeing personalised service standards.
- Lead the boutique team on the manager’s behalf: delegate tasks, mentor sales advisors, manage rotas and maintain staff morale and performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation align with brand guidelines, including seasonal displays and product storytelling.
- Oversee stock control and inventory processes, including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Manage administrative duties: sales reporting, cash reconciliations, colleague performance reviews and local compliance with company policies.
- Act as the brand ambassador in the boutique — uphold operational standards, health & safety and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury or premium retail with experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial position.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate a retail team.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Several years of experience in retail sales within a luxury or premium brand, including prior supervisory responsibility and proven success delivering sales growth and exceptional client service.
Education
