Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and commercial KPIs through active selling, team coaching and bespoke clienteling.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by developing long-term relationships, managing appointments and overseeing personalised service standards.
  • Lead the boutique team on the manager’s behalf: delegate tasks, mentor sales advisors, manage rotas and maintain staff morale and performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation align with brand guidelines, including seasonal displays and product storytelling.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory processes, including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrinkage prevention.

  • Act as the brand ambassador in the boutique — uphold operational standards, health & safety and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury or premium retail with experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial position.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate a retail team.
