Rabanne seeks an Assistant Designer in Paris for a six-month internship in the Flou studio, combining prototyping and design development work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct iconographic research adapted to the house's design heritage and aesthetic vision
- Execute 3D volume studies and exploratory digital modeling
- Develop prototypes and conduct finishing research for conceptual and production pieces
- Apply materials and color treatments to design sketches using Photoshop
- Assist during Art Director working sessions and strategic design meetings
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specification sheets
- Monitor model development and oversee sample progression through design phases
Qualifications
- Formal training in fashion design or equivalent from a recognized fashion school
- Prior experience within a luxury fashion house or design atelier
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated creative sensibility and eye for detail
- Fluent English and French
