Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operational, commercial, and disciplinary performance of assigned niche counters for Byredo and Penhaligon's in Düsseldorf and Cologne, ensuring brand standards and service quality align with corporate objectives
- Manage counter budgets, revenue targets, and key performance indicators; analyze reporting data and implement corrective measures collaboratively with store teams
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and professional brand presentation across all counter locations through consistent visual merchandising and Puig standards
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers, Client Advisors, and team members; foster positive team dynamics, clear communication, and solution-oriented collaboration
- Oversee operational logistics including digital workforce scheduling, inventory management, stock availability, and inventory audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Training, Sales, HR, and on-site partners to execute strategic initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new team members
- Maintain regular on-site presence at assigned locations in Düsseldorf and Cologne to provide hands-on guidance and oversight
Qualifications
- Multiple years of progressive experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury, fashion retail, or comparable sectors
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and guide teams in daily operations
- Strong sales and customer orientation combined with proficiency in financial analysis, reporting interpretation, and performance planning
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with competency in managing operational, personnel, and administrative matters
