Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with portfolio clients and identify growth opportunities
- Drive sell-in performance and contribute actively to sell-out development across the territory
- Serve as primary contact for clients, maintaining regular needs assessment and account reviews
- Present product launches, negotiate product placement, and optimize brand visibility at retail points of sale
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve commercial objectives
- Ensure flawless execution of launches, activations, and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate and oversee implementation of podium displays and promotional spaces
- Maintain compliance with brand merchandising and visibility standards
- Monitor brand visibility using internal retail reporting tools and dashboard analytics
- Coordinate procurement of testers, merchandising materials, and promotional supplies
- Execute in-store excellence throughout the year and actively participate in high-impact selling periods
- Track key performance indicators including sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, visibility, and market share
- Analyze retail location performance and propose corrective action plans
- Monitor inventory levels and assortments at strategic retail partners
- Conduct competitive intelligence on pricing, promotions, and market activities
- Implement and adapt commercial action plans to meet annual objectives
- Collaborate closely with Puig teams and stakeholders to ensure success of launches and commercial initiatives
- Provide product training and education to partners and teams

Qualifications
- 3–5 years' minimum experience in sales, key account management, or retail management
- Proven success in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury goods, or premium FMCG sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and selective distribution networks
- Experience managing field teams (a significant asset)
- Fluent French (native or professional proficiency)
- Professional-level English
- Intermediate-level German
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in sales, key account management, or retail management. Demonstrated success in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury, or premium FMCG sectors. Strong familiarity with the Swiss market and selective distribution channels. Experience leading field teams is advantageous.
Education
Commercial or university-level education in commerce, marketing, or equivalent qualification.
