Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-based workflows, systems, solutions, products, and experiences from conception through functional prototype testing
- Adopt a systemic approach to analyze existing processes, identify limitations, and propose pertinent alternatives
- Conduct active monitoring of AI tools, evaluate new models and platforms, and assess their relevance to departmental objectives
- Execute structured and rapid experiments to validate concepts and formulate clear recommendations
- Serve as a bridge between technical and creative teams, as well as non-technical stakeholders including marketing, retail, account management, and brand representatives
- Contribute to structuring methodologies and processes for solution development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with the AI Studio Director and team to identify optimal approaches for solutions anchored in authentic brand needs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with AI-based workflows, automation tools, and generative AI platforms
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and platforms, with marked interest in experimenting with emerging solutions
- Ability to prototype and develop solutions autonomously, whether through development or AI-assisted approaches
- Strong systems-thinking capability with end-to-end process comprehension and structuring
- Proven capacity to lead projects from exploration through implementation
- Ability to balance creative thinking with a structured, solution-oriented methodology
- Collaborative spirit and ease working across technical, creative, and non-technical profiles

Experience
Concrete experience with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or generative AI platforms is required. Demonstrated ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle—from exploration and ideation through implementation and optimization—is essential.
