Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized skincare consultations and administer Dr. Sturm's signature facial treatments including SturmGlow, Super Anti-Aging, Clarifying, Brightening, and Men's Facial
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, including VIP clientele, to foster trust and drive repeat visits
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team objectives through personalized product recommendations
  • Offer expert guidance on the full Dr. Barbara Sturm product range to ensure clients' ongoing skincare journey
  • Participate in organizing and executing in-store events and activations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
