Role & Responsibilities
- Process, verify, book, and reconcile invoices and credit notes in compliance with group procedures
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues with cross-departmental coordination
- Manage supplier account reconciliations and analysis of open items and outstanding balances
- Provide SAP system support to users, including face-to-face training on purchase order creation and AP workflows
- Serve as intermediary with vendors to manage payment queries, terms negotiation, and correspondence
- Conduct audit reviews of supplier accounts and ensure rigorous adherence to AP protocols
- Support the wider accounting department with general finance administration and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or similar accounting role
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting or related financial discipline
- Advanced proficiency in SAP enterprise resource planning software
- Expert-level command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent Spanish and English; French and/or German highly valued
- Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multicultural, fast-paced environments
