Puig seeks an Accounts Payable Executive for its Global Finance Services team in Barcelona, supporting D2C processes across a group of companies. The role oversees expense allocation, invoice processing, payment-term compliance and service to internal and external clients. Permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own D2C expenses by receiving, reviewing, posting and monitoring all expense reports.
- Handle, check, book and follow up on invoices and credit notes.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Ensure expense and internal control activities are performed accurately and in line with group policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and operational queries.
- Provide general support to the accounting department.
- Ensure retail expenses are correctly allocated and invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor compliance with payment terms while providing service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Professional education in Finance or Business.
- English required; Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Additional languages are an asset.
