Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Puig's primary on‑site representative for John Lewis Liverpool, owning day‑to‑day account operations and the store relationship.
- Drive sell‑through and market share by implementing commercial plans, in‑store promotions and brand activations aligned with seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, fixture maintenance and luxury retail presentation.
- Coach and train John Lewis sales teams and Puig brand ambassadors on product knowledge, clienteling and conversion techniques.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment and inventory accuracy in collaboration with store buying and supply teams to minimise stockouts and excess.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs, sell‑in/sell‑through, and promotional ROI; prepare regular commercial reports for regional management.
- Coordinate store events, VIP appointments and sampling initiatives to grow high‑value client relationships and accelerate repeat purchase.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, promotional policies and loss‑prevention procedures; act as escalation point for operational issues.
Qualifications
- Proven background in prestige beauty or luxury retail account management, ideally within department stores or multi‑brand environments.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build credibility at store management and buyer level.
- Experience training and influencing retail sales teams on product knowledge and clienteling.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple activations, inventories and reporting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and bank holidays, and to travel between store and regional offices as required.

Minimum three years' experience in beauty or luxury retail account management, with a proven track record of managing department‑store relationships and delivering commercial growth.
Education
A‑levels or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
