Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationship with the Boots Llantrisant account, acting as primary commercial contact and brand ambassador on site.
- Deliver agreed sales targets and margin objectives through in-store execution, promotions and sell-through initiatives.
- Implement Puig brand plans and visual merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with planograms, POS materials and promotional layouts.
- Train and coach Boots sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and seasonal campaigns to maximise conversion.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with Boots and internal supply teams, and manage shrinkage and returns processes.
- Capture and report weekly sales, KPI and market feedback to regional management to inform commercial decisions and activation strategy.
- Collaborate with trade marketing, supply and logistics to plan local activations, launches and experiential events at the store level.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail or national chain accounts within the beauty or FMCG sectors, preferably in Boots or a comparable retailer.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and executing in-store activations.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to read sell-through data to inform actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with experience training retail teams.
- Valid UK work authorization and ability to travel locally to the assigned store as required.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (where travel between stores or meetings is required).

Education
