Role & Responsibilities
- Lead territory sales strategy and execution to meet and exceed financial targets across major retail accounts
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify actionable insights and sustain business growth
- Oversee account performance across locations, ensuring optimal staffing, merchandising, and promotional activations
- Manage budgets and allocate spend strategically in alignment with Puig's financial and operational guidelines
- Design and execute in-store events and tailored promotions that energize retail teams and consumers
- Develop and implement training initiatives in partnership with the Education team to support sales goals and brand standards
- Provide coaching to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists on product knowledge, selling techniques, and client connection
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted partner for store managers, corporate retail stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design to ensure brand presentation is impactful and campaign-aligned
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of in-store talent to strengthen retail teams and strengthen Puig's brand presence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail, with demonstrated support for department store or beauty specialty accounts
- Proven experience supporting in-store teams through product education, selling support, and brand storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to review sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Genuine passion for prestige beauty and elevating client experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel 60–70% including overnight stays
- Flexibility to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule with availability for weekends and key holidays
