Puiforcat seeks a six-month marketing communications intern in Paris to support press coordination, events, and market presence within the Hermès group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily press agency coordination and follow-up across France, Europe, United States, and Greater China
- Coordinate product loans for press photography shoots with logistics teams
- Compile and distribute press reviews on a regular basis
- Participate in organizing communication events, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and logistical coordination
- Prepare visual support materials and documentation for commercial activations
- Conduct competitive market intelligence and monitor market-based actions
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Fluent English language skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
