Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure physical and system-based receipt of products, then sort or store them across the various flows: replenishment, entrusted goods, customer returns, stock clearance and technical development.
• Prioritize and prepare customer orders for shipment in France, the European Union and export markets, meeting procedures and deadlines, including for exceptional requests; pick items from commercial stock and/or repackage them according to ordered quantities.
• Package and label shipments, verify orders, complete system validation with the information required for invoicing, prepare and print invoices, and include the necessary shipping documents.
• Contact carriers and arrange collection of goods.
• Independently coordinate shipments of entrusted goods with the relevant stakeholders, as well as shipments of semi-finished products for subcontracting operations.
• Prepare and distribute components to the workshop and potential subcontractors based on work orders issued by the scheduling department.
• Alert the relevant parties when packaging and transport-material stock approaches its safety-stock level.
• Optimize storage arrangements across warehouse areas.
• Participate in stocktakes and maintain the commercial stock accurately.
• Propose ways to optimize logistics operations.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and organization, continually reviewing existing practices and proposing improvements.
• Ensure smooth and reliable product transfers between supply-chain stakeholders, in accordance with established procedures and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Higher education, such as a BTS, in logistics, supply chain or transport.
• Successful experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of an ERP and proficiency in Excel.
• Recognized for rigor and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with energy and flexibility.
