Puiforcat seeks Logistics Assistant (CDI) in Pantin to manage supply chain operations, inventory, and shipments across multiple territories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the physical and digital receipt of products, organizing their dispatch across different activity flows including procurement, consignments, customer returns, destock operations, and technical development
- Organize priorities and prepare shipments for customers in France, the European Union, and internationally in accordance with established procedures and delivery timelines, including exceptional requests
- Pick items directly from commercial stock and repack products according to ordered quantities
- Condition and label packages, verify orders, ensure digital validation with necessary billing information, and prepare shipping documentation
- Coordinate with transporters to arrange merchandise collection and organize shipped consignments autonomously
- Prepare and distribute components to the workshop and potential subcontractors based on preparation orders from the scheduling department
- Alert management when packaging and transport conditioning stocks approach minimum safety levels
- Optimize warehouse zone organization and storage efficiency
- Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain accurate commercial stock records
- Actively propose improvements to optimize logistics operations and continuously challenge existing processes
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification, such as a BTS (Technician Diploma) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport
- Proven experience in similar logistics or supply chain functions
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated flexibility and dynamic work ethic

Minimum 3 years of successful experience in similar logistics or supply chain functions.
Education
