Puiforcat seeks a 6-month commercial operations intern in Pantin; ERP, Excel, and English proficiency required for luxury retail support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enter and monitor orders in the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness
- Track consignment requests from receipt through return
- Update stock reports and maintain inventory availability records
- Manage personalization orders using dedicated tools
- Prepare commercial activities and promotional campaigns in advance of retail events
- Coordinate stock transfers and returns between points of sale
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent commerce programme
- Demonstrated rigor, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint
