The Store Manager independently runs a Printemps jewelry and watch boutique in Nancy, reporting to the sector Sales Manager and leading a team of Sales Advisors. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the jewelry and watch boutique independently, reporting to the sector Sales Manager.
- Contribute to the commercial performance of the sales area.
- Support, lead and coach the Sales Advisor team.
- Support the implementation of the Customer Relations Excellence strategy.
- Share and pass on product knowledge and passion to colleagues to inspire every client.
- Contribute to improving the visual identity of the sales area.
- Ensure the boutique is managed effectively.
