About Printemps

Printemps is a French department store founded in Paris by Jules and Augustine Jaluzot in 1865. Its boulevard Haussmann flagship and regional stores bring fashion, beauty and homeware under one roof.

Printemps is seeking a Product Manager on a fixed-term contract through January 15 to lead basket-to-delivery journeys across four e-commerce sites, with a focus on conversion, customer experience, payments and delivery performance. The role requires around 7–10 years of Product Management experience and a Bac+5-level higher education qualification.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and development priorities for basket, checkout, payment and delivery journeys.
  • Build, prioritize and manage the product roadmap in line with business objectives, conversion and customer experience.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through analysis of data, journey performance and user and business feedback.
  • Scope product initiatives, including requirements, user journeys, business rules, functional impacts and prioritization.
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs, including conversion rate, payment performance and costs, and delivery quality and lead times.
  • Measure the impact of production releases and adjust the roadmap through continuous improvement.
  • Lead payment initiatives involving new payment methods, wallets, BNPL, international cards, fraud and payment-mix optimization.
  • Manage external partners, including tenders, selection, performance monitoring and contributions to contract negotiations.
  • Optimize delivery journeys, including delivery methods, carriers, customer promises, order tracking and the post-purchase experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Product Owners, delivery, design, e-commerce, logistics, customer service, finance and marketing teams.
  • Facilitate product rituals, track project progress and report to stakeholders.
  • Ensure service continuity, manage incidents and contribute to the reliability of the Convert & Deliver journeys.

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification equivalent to Bac+5.
  • Around 7–10 years of Product Management experience, ideally in a demanding e-commerce environment.
  • Significant experience with purchase journeys, conversion and checkout; expertise or strong interest in payment topics is an asset.
  • Strong business and results orientation.
  • Excellent ability to use data to steer decisions.
  • ROI and performance mindset.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to engage, persuade and influence without hierarchical authority.
  • Confidence managing external partners.
