About Printemps

The Boutique Manager independently manages a Printemps sales boutique, reporting to the sector Sales Manager, and leads the team in driving commercial performance, client relationship excellence and product storytelling. The role also supports the boutique’s visual identity and effective day-to-day management; it is a full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the boutique autonomously, reporting to the Sales Manager for the department.
- Contribute to the commercial performance of the sales area.
- Support, lead and coach the team of Sales Advisors.
- Support the implementation of the Customer Relationship Excellence strategy.
- Share and pass on a passion for the product to colleagues to inspire every client.
- Contribute to enhancing the visual identity of the sales area.
- Ensure the effective management of the boutique.
