The Beauty Sales Advisor at Printemps Deauville manages the full sales journey, supports merchandising and commercial operations, and oversees stock replenishment while upholding the house’s standards. This is a full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process, from welcoming and advising clients to recommending substitute or complementary products, presenting services, building loyalty, closing the sale and processing payment.
- Optimize the sales floor by maintaining product availability and merchandising, and support in-store commercial operations in collaboration with Printemps teams.
- Manage and optimize stock replenishment, including labeling, security tagging, product availability and organization.
- Maintain the image and standards of excellence of Printemps.
Qualifications
- Commercial education, such as a Bac Pro Commerce or BTS Management des Unités Commerciales.
- Experience in a fashion and upscale environment.
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
- Excellent service and advisory skills, with a strong understanding of upscale retail codes.
- Knowledge of the expectations of national and international clients.
- Fluent English.
- Availability, energy, interpersonal ease, initiative, a taste for sales and challenge, teamwork, and an interest in fashion, upscale retail and department stores.

Education
Commercial education, such as a Bac Pro Commerce or BTS Management des Unités Commerciales.
