Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement seasonal visual merchandising concepts and in-store narratives that reflect MIU MIU's creative direction and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of visual schemes across boutiques in the Seoul market (and broader region as required), coordinating timelines, budgets and logistics.
  • Design and approve window displays, floor sets, fixtures and prop specifications; oversee installation quality and brand compliance.
  • Produce clear VM guidelines, showcards and planograms for store teams; maintain an up-to-date visual calendar aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Train and mentor store visual teams and retail staff on presentation standards, visual merchandising techniques and maintenance routines.
  • Collaborate closely with retail operations, merchandising, marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive customer-facing brand experiences.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors, prop makers and contractors; negotiate quotes and supervise on-site workmanship.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and conversion metrics to evaluate the commercial impact of visual initiatives and optimise executions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion visual merchandising, ideally within a global maison or premium retail network.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regional store rollouts and manage third-party suppliers from brief through installation.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement with meticulous attention to detail and understanding of fixture, lighting and prop materials.
  • Leadership capability to train, influence and motivate boutique teams and maintain consistent brand standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and strict retail deadlines.

Experience
