Prada Visual Merchandiser position in Milan. Execute luxury displays and shop windows for a world-leading fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute fitouts of shop windows and in-store displays according to Visual Merchandising Department guidelines and defined timelines, ensuring consistent daily maintenance
- Participate in fitouts across multiple locations within Milan as required by the VM Manager and Store Manager
- Document all display changes through photography and maintain the Display APP with current imagery
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to develop seasonally appropriate product combinations that drive customer traffic and sales growth based on inventory availability and market demand
- Provide guidance to Store Manager and Department Managers on optimal product display techniques and visual presentation
- Deliver feedback on display implementation results to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising functions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with Events and Promotional Activities teams on in-store event displays and collaborate with Communication and PR departments on press presentations
- Support Client Service Development and VIC teams with customized displays for private client appointments
Qualifications
- Creative mindset with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Strong interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken English required; additional languages desirable
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively within larger team structures
- International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising or retail environments (advantageous)
Skills
Experience
International and/or regional experience in visual merchandising or retail environments is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of executing high-end retail displays in luxury fashion environments.
Education
