Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain store windows and interiors according to guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, tailored to individual store needs and merchandise.
- Adjust in-store merchandising based on sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
- Resolve specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement market-appropriate outfits based on stock.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising staff.
- Collaborate with the Communication Department on in-store events and press presentations.
- Train shop staff to maintain corporate display standards.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
- International or regional experience is advantageous.
