Visual Merchandiser position in Florence, Italy. Luxury retail display design and in-store installation role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling visual displays throughout the retail environment to enhance product presentation and drive customer engagement
- Maintain window displays and in-store installations according to brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to optimize merchandising layouts and product positioning
- Monitor inventory levels and product placement to ensure visual standards are consistently upheld across all departments
- Analyze sales performance and customer flow to inform strategic display placements and visual strategies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising or retail display design
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and aesthetic principles
- Proficiency in spatial planning and three-dimensional design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute complex installations
- Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or a related visual retail role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in visual merchandising, graphic design, or interior design is advantageous.
