PRADA Visual Merchandiser in Bangkok — lead window displays and in-store presentations for Prada’s flagship retail experience in Bangkok.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising concepts and store layouts that interpret Prada’s global creative direction while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Design, plan and execute window displays, in-store vignettes and full-store installations to maximise traffic, conversion and average transaction value.
- Produce and maintain planograms, fixture plans and visual guidelines for multiple store formats; ensure consistent execution across retail network.
- Coordinate with store management, retail operations and marketing to schedule rollouts, product launches and promotional events.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, fabricators and installation teams; oversee timelines, quality control and on-site installation.
- Control project budgets and inventory for visual assets, recommending cost-effective solutions without compromising brand standards.
- Train and coach store teams on visual standards, merchandising techniques and seasonal resets; perform compliance audits and provide corrective guidance.
- Prepare creative briefs, technical drawings and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven portfolio of visual merchandising and display work within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail design or a related role; luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an ability to translate creative direction into commercial retail solutions.
- Proficiency producing planograms, technical drawings and installation documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing external vendors and multi-store rollouts.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising or retail design within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated experience executing multi-store installs and presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management or a related discipline.
