Role & Responsibilities
- Manage virtual customer interactions via text, email, WhatsApp, and live streaming.
- Present and promote products in alignment with company standards.
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with clients.
- Drive sales to meet monthly targets set by management.
- Maintain and update CRM activities and customer details.
- Conduct prospect research and recruit new clients proactively.
- Process virtual payments and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Handle customer complaints with managerial support when necessary.
- Share customer insights with management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of products in the virtual sales area and warehouse.
- Participate in stock takes by product category at year-end.
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Proficiency in luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
