Prada Team Manager position in Topanga, USA. Lead retail sales team, drive client engagement, and champion brand excellence in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance and contribution to the store's overall success
  • Support the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans through product performance analysis and action plan proposals
  • Foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and visible presence, upholding Prada standards
  • Act as a sales leadership role model, supporting team members with their individual sales while building and developing client relations
  • Encourage digital mindset adoption among the team and support relationship-building with clients to achieve business objectives
  • Remain current on market trends and competitive landscape

  • Support Store Manager in market mapping for recruitment needs
  • Lead by example to ensure the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for product standards and procedures
  • Support synergy and cooperation between front and back of house
  • Support enforcement of company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities requested by head office
  • Contribute to effective and efficient care of company's assets
  • Provide feedback and suggestions concerning department needs to the Store Manager, Visual Merchandising, and Merchandising departments
  • Guarantee effective and efficient back-of-house organization, ensuring protection of company assets and maintenance of staff grooming standards
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are proactively implemented across all store operational activities
  • Master all company tools and applications, including IT and digital systems, and keep team informed of relevant updates
  • Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures
