Prada Group seeks a Team Manager in San Diego to lead retail operations, drive sales, and inspire a luxury fashion boutique team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive team performance to exceed financial targets and maximize sales contribution while maintaining Prada standards across the sales floor
- Support development and implementation of business plans through analysis of product performance and proposal of strategic action plans
- Foster cross-selling and upselling across product categories and serve as a visible, supportive presence demonstrating sales leadership
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized engagement, clientelling initiatives, and proactive complaint resolution to build brand loyalty
- Act as a role model for the sales team, provide consistent coaching and development support, and identify talent for internal advancement opportunities
- Manage team operations to maintain company policies and procedures on cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with company grooming standards, asset protection protocols, and operational procedures while supporting synergy between front and back-of-house functions
- Foster a digital mindset across the team and ensure proficiency with company IT systems and applications
- Train and inspire staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service standards, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve financial targets

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion or premium hospitality, with demonstrable success in leading sales teams, driving revenue performance, and developing staff capabilities.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
