Team Manager (Miu Miu) - Paris, France. Lead retail sales team, drive store performance and client experience in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to their full potential while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to overall store success through goal-setting and individual performance management
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and coaching sessions with team members to identify development needs and create actionable improvement plans
  • Train and coach the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to support business goals
  • Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes in collaboration with store management
  • Ensure optimal sales floor management with visible, consistent presence while maximizing business opportunities
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the Client Journey principles
  • Implement and oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives, training Client Advisors on data collection, client outreach, private appointments, VIC engagement and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the store's client base through prospect engagement
  • Guarantee exemplary product care standards and strict adherence to all corporate policies and procedures
  • Monitor category performance, propose action plans to achieve targets, and collaborate with merchandising teams on product feedback and stock optimization
  • Partner with visual merchandising and operations teams to maximize category potential and ensure efficient stockroom organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail team leadership or supervisory roles in luxury retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and lead peers
  • Demonstrated business acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and understanding of luxury client expectations
  • Knowledge of CRM and clienteling practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design
  • Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience
