Prada Team Manager position in Paris. Lead retail team, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences in this leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach team members to develop their potential while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Drive team performance to exceed KPI targets and contribute to overall store success through goal-setting and individual performance management
- Conduct regular performance discussions with store leadership to analyze results and create actionable development plans
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to identify team development needs and collaborate with retail trainers on tailored development programs
- Train team on client journey principles, clienteling techniques, storytelling, and comprehensive product knowledge
- Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes in collaboration with store management
- Create a positive and harmonious work environment by leading by example and ensuring team cooperation
- Optimize sales floor management through visible and consistent presence to maximize business opportunities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with established Client Journey principles
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives, training client advisors on data collection, client outreach, private appointments, and retention strategies
- Identify and engage new client prospects to expand the store's client base
- Ensure clients receive a distinctive after-sales experience to maintain product longevity, quality, and loyalty
- Exemplify exemplary product care standards and ensure team adherence to all policies and procedures
- Monitor performance of assigned product categories and propose action plans to achieve targets
- Collaborate with retail merchandising teams to provide feedback on products, stock situations, and growth opportunities
- Work with the visual merchandising team to maximize category potential while maintaining established store image guidelines
- Partner with operations to optimize stockroom organization for efficiency and selling opportunities
Qualifications
- Leadership experience with proven ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong track record of driving sales performance and exceeding KPI targets
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and luxury retail clienteling
- Knowledge of CRM systems and client data management
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments, with demonstrated success in team management, sales achievement, and client experience delivery.
Education
Business, retail management degree, or equivalent professional experience.
