Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross-selling among product categories.
  • Analyze department performance and define actions required to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
  • Drive the team to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
  • Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
  • Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
  • Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
  • Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product and collection training needs.
  • Provide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure the visual presentation of the department is maintained.
  • Ensure effective and efficient back-of-house organization and protect the company’s assets, as well as uphold staff grooming standards.
