PRADA seeks a Team Manager in Milan to lead boutique operations, coach the sales team and drive luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews and implement personalized training to elevate service standards and product knowledge.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising execution, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Drive clienteling activities and CRM initiatives to build and retain high-value client relationships and maximise repeat business.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare regular sales and performance reports for regional management, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, store policies, and local legal/health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management within the luxury fashion sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience coaching and developing frontline teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse performance metrics to drive improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience managing inventory, visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Professional presence and polished client-facing etiquette appropriate for a high-end luxury environment.

Experience
