Team Manager position at Prada Miami Aventura. Lead luxury retail sales, manage high-performing teams, and drive business growth in a prestigious fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, supporting overall store success
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product performance analysis and strategic action planning
- Foster cross-selling and upselling across product categories and maintain a visible, supportive presence on the sales floor
- Cultivate client relationships and build brand loyalty, leading the team in high-quality customer profile capture and clientelling initiatives
- Act as a sales role model and mentor, developing team members through consistent coaching, identifying training needs, and partnering with HR and L&D on individual development plans
- Ensure enforcement of company procedures regarding cash management, inventory, logistics, and reporting requirements
- Lead morning briefings on key topics, encouraging information exchange and fostering a cohesive work environment
- Maintain digital proficiency and ensure the team remains current with company tools, applications, and relevant system updates
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, client service standards, and company policies
- Ensure the highest standards of product care and staff grooming, serving as guarantor of effective back-of-house organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within fashion or high-end goods
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed financial targets
- Strong track record of building and motivating high-performing retail teams
- Exceptional client relationship management and loyalty-building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and market dynamics
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive retail management experience in a luxury fashion or premium goods environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
