Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, thereby supporting overall store success
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product performance analysis and strategic action proposals
  • Foster cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product categories to maximize revenue potential
  • Serve as a visible and supportive presence on the sales floor, ensuring Prada service standards are consistently upheld
  • Model sales leadership and coach team members to strengthen their individual performance while developing personal client portfolios
  • Cultivate client relationships and drive customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring high-quality customer profile capture at every transaction
  • Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain positive relationships and resolution outcomes
  • Develop and support team members through consistent coaching, identifying training needs and collaborating with HR and L&D to create tailored development plans
