Prada seeks a Team Manager for its Bal Harbour boutique in Miami to lead the sales team and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the boutique sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Own the client experience: cultivate high-value relationships, oversee clienteling activities and ensure exemplary after‑sales service.
- Coach, train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and brand standards; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, visual merchandising compliance, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements, seasonal floor sets and replenishment with regional merchandising and logistics teams.
- Analyse sales performance and trend data to drive commercial decisions and local initiatives; report results to district management.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand presentation, client privacy, compliance and local retail regulations.
- Act as on‑site ambassador for the brand to VIP clients, external partners and visiting leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique or flagship environment.
- Strong leadership and people development skills with experience coaching high‑performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; tact and discretion when dealing with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales KPIs and translate insight into action.
- Legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within a luxury or premium fashion environment; proven experience driving boutique performance and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
